Shipping policy
When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. Your order is subject to our acceptance an might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket or wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Pet-à-Porter chooses DPD, UPS, PostNL or Bpost as a partner to deliver your order. You will be notified when your order has shipped by email, on the email address you provided while checking out. In this shipment confirmation email you will also find a tracking code to track and trace your order.
We aim to ship everything within 24 hours (except for the weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order. If you have ordered personalised items such as ID tags that need to be engraved or a Vegan Leather Collar personalised with an initial, it may take up to 24-48 hours for your order to ship. How long the shipment will take depends on where you are located. If you are located in Belgium, shipments usually take 2-3 days. For The Netherlands and Luxembourg it usually takes 3-4 days. For the rest of the EU it usually takes 5-8 days.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. Pet-à-Porter is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.
** Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (11am-7pm) after the cut-off time and/or on any public holiday will be deemed placed on the first working day following the date on which the order was submitted.
*** We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
**** We, Pet-à-Porter, are not responsible if any packages are failed to be delivered or get lost, this is the responsability of the shipping company therefore you have to file a claim with them.
