Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. We would appreciate if you do give up a reason so we can keep on improving our services.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request by providing:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Your email address
• The products you wish to return
• A confirmation that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Important Information

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
• Products must be returned in accordance with our return policy - in original package with all tags attached, unused, undamaged, unwashed.
• Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal for hygiene, health protection, or customization reasons, as permitted by applicable law - 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was received. Therefore, no return label will be provided after registering your return. When sending your return, please always select "home address delivery only." We do not collect parcels that are delivered to a pickup point or parcel shop.
• Returns are always sent at your own risk and responsibility, and we therefore recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We also advise you to keep proof of shipment. Pet-à-Porter cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during the return transit.

• If your order includes a free item received as part of a promotion, discount, bundle offer, or gift, this item must always be returned together with your order in its original, unused condition. Failure to return the promotional item may result in the return being rejected or the value of the free item being deducted from the refund amount.
